Our Father and Uncle started manufacturing temperature equipment at the turn of the century. Over the years, we gained industry knowledge and experience. Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order.
If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 888-896-7656. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.
Guarantee
Whether you are a first-time customer or you have ordered from us before, we want to ensure complete satisfaction and provide you with the highest quality products and customer service. Our goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for exchange or refund within fifteen days of receipt of product.
What if I receive my order and it's broken, not what I expected, or I just can't get it to work?
Please either call or email us. We'll be glad to help you solve any problem with your purchase. We have technical support for all our products and we can often clear up a problem over the phone.
How do I return or exchange something?
To return one of our products, you must first receive a Return Authorization, then carefully repackage the item (including all paperwork and product instructions) using the original packing materials whenever possible. Be sure to insure the product for its full value with UPS, U.S. Postal Service, or other carrier and send it to us at the address above with a Return Attention line.
A refund for the product's price is given on merchandise returned in new condition. A partial credit or restocking fee may apply on items received in used condition. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will also refund the shipping and handling charge. Shipping Information:
In-stock items are shipped within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Ground shipments arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment, depending upon the delivery location. If you selected RUSH service, your order will arrive within four business days of shipment.
Out-of-stock items are filled as quickly as possible. If there is any delay in the expected shipment we will contact you by postcard, telephone, or email. You will not be billed for out-of-stock items until they are in stock and being sent to you.
Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5-10 business days.
RUSH Service
Add $6.99 extra per delivery address to upgrade to RUSH Service. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in four business days after it ships from our distribution center or we'll promptly refund both your regular shipping charges and the cost of our RUSH Service. This service applies to orders of in-stock merchandise under 20 lbs. for delivery in the contiguous U.S. RUSH Service not available on items already requiring an additional shipping surcharge.
Note: RUSH service is not available on orders paid by personal check.
